Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.

Road Trip Maven shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, road closures, or changes in attraction availability.
